NASTURTIUM DOUBLE 'Gleam' HYBRIDS

Grow this favorite garden flower from seeds and enjoy its beauty all summer long. Double Gleam features vivid semi-double flowers that are deliciously scented. This variety is also called a trailing nasturtium and can reach 60 inches (150 cm) in length. Trailing plants can be used as climbers or in baskets where the foliage and flowers will cascade downward.

It is recommend to directly sow these flower seeds outdoors in spring. The seedlings do not transplant well into the garden when started indoors. Before sowing seeds, soak the flower seed overnight in warm water. The next day, plant the flower seeds 1/2 inch (1.5 cm) deep in an area that gets at least 6 hours of direct sun each day. Have the soil worked so that it's fine and light. The flowers will appear in 8 - 12 weeks after being sown.
