A Wonderful Flower that is great for summer bedding and is probably one of the most famous cottage garden flowers. Completely trouble free and hardy, grows surprisingly fast as the flower can come out just 4 months from sowing. There is a huge variation of these flowers, if you can think of a colour the hollyhock has it. A fantastic addition to any garden. This beautiful strain produces satiny single blooms in a wide range of clear pastel shades. Developed to be more resistant to rust disease, which often infects and disfigures the leaves of Hollyhocks. Plants form a low mound of foliage the first year, with very tall spikes of flowers appearing in the second season. A self-seeding biennial or short-lived perennial. Allow some plants to develop ripe seed each season and provide future generations. Attractive to both butterflies and hummingbirds.
