These giant Pansy flowers are rich, deep blue with a black blotch that is characteristic of Viola Swiss Giant. They are easy to grow from Pansy seeds, and you can make an intense display by planting this Pansy Ullswater blue in mass groupings, and they will bloom over a long season. If Pansy flowers begin to look spent, shear them back hard for another proud display of colour. Try planting blue Pansies in early fall for winter colour and early spring blooms, and plant in very early spring for blooms that last until the heat sets in. Pansies make great cut flowers, and they can certainly be the focal point of any flower garden.
