Flat sea holly is a perennial flowering plant that has a thistle look to it. Eryngium Planum can grow to 48 inches in height and consist of silver/blue stems and small silver flowerheads with spikes around the flower when it blooms in summer. Eryngium Planum Silver Salentino make excellent cut flowers and drying flowers. Sea Holly silver attracts butterflies and other pollinators to your garden. Eryngium Planum Silver Salentino make excellent gap fillers and is easy to grow with little maintenance. Sea Holly Silver grows best in well drained soil with full access to sunlight.
