

Cauliflower Beta produces large, compact heads and surprise you with their wonderful taste. The florets have a clean white colour. Large florets can be harvested in May. Cauliflower Beta is recommended to eat directly. Cauliflower heads contain important vitamins, like B6,K and vitamin C. Cauliflower is also packed with minerals such as potassium, manganese, folate and many others. Cauliflower beta seed on average germinate within 6-10 days at 22-27C (72-80F).
