Victoria rhubarb has long greenish-pink stems and huge leaves. This very hardy rhubarb is easy to grow and is resistant to cold.  Rhubarb Victoria is sweet and light tart taste. Rhubarb stems can be used in jams, deserts, cakes and even things like punch.  One of the easiest rhubarbs to grow and is beginner friendly. Rhubarb Victoria seeds germinate of a long period of time averaging 21-30 days at 20-25C (70-78F). Rhubarb should be planted in a full sun position as rheum rhabarbarum loves sun light. Rhubarb is rich in vitamin K and vitamin C it also contains valuable minerals like calcium and has a good content of fiber.
