Swiss chard rhubarb is a biennial plant than can be used in cooking or baking. Swiss Chard Rhubarb has rich dark stems with green leaves. When cooked Beta Vulgaris has a delicious taste to it when cooked.  Swiss Chard Rhubarb contains calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and vitamins C, A, E which is fantastic for your body. Swiss Chard Rhubarb is easy to grow and little maintenance making it beginner friendly. Beta Vulgaris grows best in well-drained soil and access to full sunlight, grows in almost any soil type. Swiss Chard rhubarb seeds take on average 13-17days to germinate, best to germinate seeds at 24C (75F).
