Rapini or broccoli rabe resemble broccoli but do not form a large head. Broccoletto leaves, buds, and stems all being edible; Rapini is known for its slightly bitter taste and is particularly associated with Mediterranean cuisine. You'll love it lightly sauteed with garlic and olive oil, fresh in salads and boiled soups.
