Beet Bulls Blood has a long crimson stems and stunning dark red foliage. Beets an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene) Beet is full of minerals such as manganese and zinc. Swiss chard offers an outstanding variety of  antioxidants. Its fantastic for keeping blood pressure at am optimum. Bulls Blood Beetroot seeds germinate at a rapid rate of 5-8 days at 15-21C (59-70F). Beta Vulgaris grows best in full sun but will happily grow in partial shade.
