Cauliflower 'Romanesco Natalino' - 500 seeds (Brassica Oleracea)
Cauliflower Romanesco Natalino heads are lime green with pointed, spiraled pinnacles. Cauliflower is best planted in summer for harvest in autumn. Slightly nutty, and more flavorful than white varieties. Rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and fibre, romanesco is a nutritional power house.

Sow seeds in a well raked, firm, seed bed in late spring in drills 10mm (½in) deep and keep moist. Transplant the seedlings 45x45cm (18x18in) apart, when large enough to handle. Grow in a rich, fertile soil and water regularly.
