A high yielding variety of celeriac that produces large roots with a fine white flesh and a delicious fresh flavour. Albin has good disease resistance and doesn't go woody or hollow in the middle as some other varieties can. Winter hardy, mid-early variety for autumn harvest (140 days). Resistant to bolting
