Courgette 'Astra Polka' (Zucchini, squash) is an early fruiting, prolific and vigorous variety of courgette that grows in a bush habit and produces high quality, well-flavoured green skinned fruit with a tender white flesh. High yielding of straight, 7-8" fruits(18 - 22 cm) fruits.
Courgette contains zero fat, and is high in water and fiber. It also contains significant amounts of vitamins B6, riboflavin, folate, C, and K,  potassium and manganese. Resistant to scab.
