Gorgeous dark green fruits are juicy and delicious. Great to eat in every possible way, steamed, grilled, fried. Courgette 'Black beauty' matures early and produces over an extended season. Bush-type plants require minimum space. Courgette contains zero fat, and is high in water and fiber. It also contains significant amounts of vitamins B6, riboflavin, folate, C, and K,  potassium and manganese. Courgette is resistant to scab. Courgette Black beauty seeds on average germinate within 7-10 days at 20-25C (68-77F).
