Kohl Rabi Giant is a giant variety with white and light green flesh, which is capable of reaching up to 5kg in weight without becoming stringy. This Kohl Rabi giant is slow to bolt. Simply roasted, this alien looking vegetable is delicious thanks to its delicate and sweet flavour. Often used in salads, stir-frying, or roasting.  A variety originally from Switzerland with large root systems allowing to grow in dry weather. Kohlrabi is great not only for its taste but also for its fantastic nutritional benefits. Kohlrabi is filled with vitamin C and vitamin B6 it also has a high content of potassium, magnesium, manganese and folate.
