Leek Titus produces stiff, erect, massive stems, 20-25 cm long. The bulbs are not clearly marked, the leaves take an unique green-blue color, and are firm and thick. Leek Titus is packed with valuable nutrients, including: vitamin B9 (folic acid), vitamins C, E, K, iron, sulfur, magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium and other micronutrients. Leek Titus is a fertile variety for the autumn harvest. In its cultivation, it is possible to sow directly into the ground. This mid-late variety is best suited for freezing and eating raw, in salads, soups and sauces.
