An ancient variety of Parsley that produces edible leaves and carrot shaped roots. Parsley Hamburg Rooted has edible large flat leaves but should not be confused with common parsley or Italian parsley, as neither produce edible roots. It is a specific variety grown for as a root vegetable. Use grated in salads and as a cooked vegetable, with flavour between carrot and parsnip.

Highly resistant to root rust, powdery mildew and storage diseases
