Zlata Radish is an annual vegetable with a yellow skin and white flesh. Yellow Radish has a crispy crunchy texture and mild spicy flavour. Yellow Radish is known to be served as a snack or used in salads. Radish is known for its nutrient and mineral packed roots, containing large amounts of vitamin C and vitamin B2, it is also packed with calcium, potassium and magnesium. Zlata seeds are easy to grow and takes little maintenance.  Yellow Heirloom is best harvest when they can be used (usually after 21 days). If Yellow radish is left longer to harvest it will have a woody flavour instead. Zlata radish grows best in well drained soil with access to sunlight.

Sow Radish seeds directly from March to September at 1/2in (1cm) deep in a good seed compost. Sow seeds from February to April 1/8in (4mm) deep in a good seed compost. When large enough to handle, transplant the seedlings individually into 3in (7cm) pots.
