Saint Pierre is a old traditional French tomato variety produces hardy, indeterminate tomato plants that bear moderate to high yields of medium to large sized tomatoes, 3-inch, red, round, tomatoes that reach between 120-180 grams and have soft, thick, meaty flesh with an excellent flavour. Although this looks superficially like a supermarket tomato, it has a truly great flavour. The ideal tomato for sandwiches, sauces, and salads. This wonderful French tomato is packed with vitamins C, K1 and vitamin B9 it is also rich in potassium. Saint Pierre produces well in cooler growing regions right up to the frost.
